Activity Descriptions

Morning Stretch

A 30 minute invigorating total body stretch that will stimulate blood flow and 

increase your flexibility.  A great way to start your morning and prepare you for 

a day of fitness and fresh sea air.

 

Power Walk

Appropriate for all fitness levels.  45-60 minute, brisk, challenging power walk through 

the streets of picturesque St. Michael's.  Interval speed play, accompanied by laughter 

and camaraderie, will have you burning calories and toning parts of your body you didn’t 

know you had.    This walk will be led by world class athlete Candace Grasso.  Athletic 

shoes and appropriate attire required.

 

Total Body Training

A 30 minute, total body toning experience using a body ball and resistance bands, to 
strengthen your core and give you a total body workout.  Led by your coach, Candace.  


Bike Tour

60-90 minute bike tour through lovely Chestertown.  Enjoy the sites while increasing 

your cardiovascular health and muscular endurance.  Led by your coach, Candace Grasso.

 

Nutritional Consultation

For an additional $75 you can obtain a 45 minute session with a nutritional consultant.   

Participants will have their BMR (basal metabolic rate) calculated, discuss fitness goals, 

and create a plan on how to achieve those goals.  Sample plans include food combination 

ideas and sample exercise routines to aid in accomplishing fitness goals.   

 

Rates

$700 per person includes three day, two night stay aboard La Bella Vita, cocktails, 

two breakfasts,  cruise to Chestertown, two 30-minute seated massages, and all 

fitness activities.

In addition to what you would pack for a summer vacation (e.g. sunscreen and your
